I’m trying to locate my FTP credentials in order to update the version of Wordpress my website is running on. I’m really struggling to find any answers, can anyone help?
That would be a question you should direct to the hosting provider of your website.
Cloudflare only acts as a reverse proxy (e.g. “front end” / “middle man”).

With Cloudflare: Visitor ↔ Cloudflare ↔ Web server
You need to contact the actual hosting provider (e.g. the organisation providing the “backend” / web server).
Those would generally be the ones you are paying the hosting fees to, so, I would suggest to check your statements, and follow the money.
