Front end content and images

I have activated my site https://sr-infotech,net on Cloudflare, but haven’t yet migrated the said wp site.

Ever since this, for the past few days, the front end of the site is not loading unless I refresh the page a couple of times. Is it because I haven’t yet migrated my site? Or any other issue?

Please clarify and appreciate resolving the issue.
