From DNS will I be able to know the registered email of Cloudflare account?

As I am able to check my current DNS on “whois.com” but the problem is I have not remembered my registered account. Is there any way by which I came to know the registered email so that I can login to my account.

Sorry, no. That information is confidential. Your best bet is to email: support AT cloudflare DOT com and see what they suggest.

Or just dig through every email account you can think of for messages from Cloudflare.
