If you are adding the domain to a different Cloudflare account, you will need to move the Cloudflare Registrar domain registration to that account as here…

Thank you. I have successfully moved the Cloudflare domain. Now I need to change the nameservers from coco.ns and damien.ns to joyce.ns and jermaine.ns

I have upgraded to Cloudflare Pro, hoping that a representative can make this change for me.

The process of moving Cloudflare Registrar domains between accounts is fairly new and I’ve not used it, I assume the nameserver change should be done on the move.

If it is not, you’ll need to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket to ask for the nameservers to be updated.
