Frequently geting blocked, sometime when not using a tab, Load Balancing ISPs?

Hi,
Over recent days I’m getting Cloudflare blocks frequently.

I also use an online shopping site, place an order, and leave that tab as is. When I return, days later, it is blocked, I (as in capital ME), didn’t do anything on that page. Presumably shop scripts were doing something. Some clear cache/reload eventually gets the shop page back. But it is a pain.

I am also frequently getting the verify if human pages.
Something is hypersensitive.
I have two ISPs, and a load balanced router, any traffic can go to either.
I’m presuming this may contribute.
Is there something I can do to overcome the sensitivity?
