Frequent packet Loss at Equinix hop

I’ve been experiencing many timeouts to my website over the past two months. Sometimes the page half-loads. I have run multiple tracerts to my url and I keep seeing timeouts at the equinix hop. Is this in anyway related to Cloudflare? Is there anything I can do on my end to correct this? My account with Cloudflare was running like a dream until this issue cropped up 2 months ago.

Tracing route to www.lehighvalleywallart.com [172.67.137.33]

Trace complete.

That’s not packet loss. You’re just passing through a hop that doesn’t necessarily respond to ICMP. Past that it’s fine.

MTR is better for testing connections.
