We have an open case to resolve a problem with the WAF, but we can’t get them to respond to our support requests. It happens that our Business subscription expired, and we were automatically downgraded to a free version, and after that we paid the outstanding invoice to get the Business subscription back and thus regain support to move forward with the case. Although we have paid the invoice several weeks ago, we see that our account is still free, and the upgrade to Business subscription has not been made. Can you help us to return to the business subscription?
