Freenom not active in cloudflare

I cannot active the freenom free site to the Cloudflare having issue saying that xxx is not yet active on Cloudflare.
on my freenom dashboard already change to custom nameserver with dns provided by cloudflare attached below

Also wait 24hours but still not active

Your domain’s whois does show the nameservers, but the root servers do not return anything.

You might want to contact your registrar and clarify why they dont return the nameservers you set.
