Free to Pro Plan change issue

Dear Team,

We have been utilizing Cloudflare’s Pro service for the past two years, and we are currently up to date with all our payments. However, we are encountering an issue where our account dashboard is displaying a message stating: “Your debt seems to have been paid in full, and we’re currently processing in order to remove your account restrictions. Thank you for your patience.”

As a result of this message, all our domains are now showing as FREE plans, whereas they were previously on the PRO plan. Furthermore, attempts to upgrade again are unsuccessful. This sudden downgrade is causing significant disruption to our operations.

We kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Hello, @suresh2806
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

Have you submitted a billing support request from your Cloudflare account dashboard yet?

You can open a Billing ticket here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

We haven’t any dues and you displaying this message also on dashboard “Your debt seems to have been paid in full, and we’re currently processing in order to remove your account restrictions. Thank you for your patience.”

We have also paid for the billing cycle invoice from May 22nd to June 21st, 2024, and are currently utilizing the services of the Free Plan.

When attempting to upgrade to the Pro Plan, the following error is displayed:

“You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)”

Please resolve issue ASAP.

Provided link redirected on Dashboard of my account only.

You need to then select the organization account where you are seeing the message.

You will need to open a billing support request. The Community is unable to assist with the error you are seeing.
