Free the License (Seat)

Hello,

When a user removes from the cloudflare, how much time does it take to free up the license on the portal. Today I removed one user from the cloudflare portal and it shows as removed but the license count remained the same.

Why does the available user license count not get increased after removing the user access.

How much time does it take to reflect the licenses on the portal after user removal.

I can’t replicate your issue from my side. My Access seats freed up immediately after I remove some users.

That could be some bugs on the Teams itself, you may need to contact Cloudflare Support and ask them to take a look at this.

After you create a support ticket, please send the ticket number here so we can track it.
