Hello, I’m a new customer over at Swipe Pages where I’m told that “Cloudflare provides free SSL for naked domains and also lets me do domain forwarding with ease.”
I have no clue how to make that happen.
Please mail me instructions to – ideally a tutorial page or video – on how to get the free domain forwarding for naked domains implemented. Thanks in advance!
I am not familiar with your service but their advice will most probably be wrong.
Cloudflare does not provide free SSL, respectively only a certificate like Let’s Encrypt which you still need to configure on your server.
Is your site currently secure on HTTPS? If not, you first need to reach out to your service provider to get that working. If the site itself is not secure, it cannot be secure with Cloudflare either.
