Free CloudFlare Argo tunnel server is down

2022-01-29T09:18:19Z INF Requesting new quick Tunnel on trycloudflare.com
failed to request quick Tunnel: Post “https://api.trycloudflare.com/tunnel”: dial tcp: lookup api.trycloudflare.com on 8.8.8.8:53: no such host

Please help me solve this!

Thanks for bringing this up. While TryCloudflare does not have any uptime guarantee or SLA, it is indeed a bit weird that their API domain suddenly no longer resolves.
I have opened a priority ticket just in case to check on this issue (#2362405)

Hello @thuonghai2711 ,

We have restored the service for Quick Tunnels.
If you retry, it should work — you may need to evict the DNS cache of your computer, or wait a while longer for it to refresh DNS.

However, note that it comes with no uptime guarantees. It is just a way to experiment with Tunnels. But if you expect quality of service, you should create a Cloudflare Account and create your named tunnels: Run a tunnel · Cloudflare Zero Trust docs
