What is the issue you’re encountering

Website visitors from Brasil are being blocked

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I only have the free SSL proxy setup and do not have WAF in place so there aren’t any rules set up.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I’m showing 222 Unclassified threats on the dashboard, 86 from Brasil. Many of these Brasil hits are just people trying to view my site.

Hi @jbigam

I would recommend you verify your WAF rule to check that you do not have a rule that is inadvertently blocking Brazil. Additionally, you can use the WAF Security Events to find what rule is blocking your users’ traffic.

Thanks for your reply but as I stated, I’m on a free account & don’t have WAF running. The threats from Brasil are listed as unspecified so there’s no help there.
