Hello, So I connected my Bluehost URL with Cloudflare because I want to forward my URL to another URL. I added the Name Server DNS from cloudflare to Bluehost Nameservers (DNS) and it connected. Then I added a new rule on Cloudflare to redirect the URL but it still links to nothing (it is enabled). Any help on this would be appreciated. I am new to this this whole process. Thanks!

If you are just redirecting then create a proxied AAAA DNS record for @ (and www if needed) pointing to 100::.

Not sure If I am doing this right, cloudflare says I need a Valid IPv6 address. I can’t seem to see find one on bluehost because I am not hosting with them.

As above, use 100:: as the IPv6 address as you are just redirecting. It tells Cloudflare to discard the traffic as the IP address won’t be used anyway, but needs to be there to create a DNS record so your domain resolves.

I put 100 as the IPv6 but it still tells me I need a valid IPv6 address.

I did work but now I get “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

Make sure your redirect is to https://lifelikephotostudio.lightfolio.com. Without the https://, the browser treats the redirect as relative and so appends it to the domain instead of being an absolute redirect.

That then results in a redirect loop.

I did redirect it to: lifelikephotostudio.lightfolio.com. no https://.
Still nothing.

I want lifelikephotostudio.com to direct to lifelikephotostudio.lightfolio.com and I am seeing a “https://lifelikephotostudio.com/lifelikephotostudio.lightfolio.com” show up in the URL address bar. Not sure if that could be a reason why it isn’t working but not sure.

As I said above, you must include the https://.
