Forwarding an old domain name to a new domain name and IP address

So my old website is going to cease to exist. But people will still look for me and my content using my old domain name.

How do I get that old domain name, which I still own through godaddy and have active on Cloudflare, to FORWARD to my new domain name and new IP address?

I’m assuming I need to begin by deleting the old IP address there in the A records. But then what?
