What is the issue you’re encountering
I have 2 domains (A & B henceforth) registered on cloudflare. Ultimately, I want to receive all future mails to Domain A on Domain B
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Both domains use email services of Microsoft 365 Business and I don’t know in what exact order I need to take the steps. Do I first remove the Microsoft Business plan and services from Domain A and then follow the instructions of enabling email routing on cloudflare (Enable Email Routing · Cloudflare Email Routing docs)? Also, do I have to delete all the existing DNS entries for MX to Outlook of Domain A or is that done automatically as soon as I remove the Microsoft Business Plan and enable the email routing on cloudflare to send it from my custom address ([email protected]) to my primary working address ([email protected])?
