Forward ip if income ips match with list ips

Are there options that allow me can forward ip if incoming ips match with list ip?
For example:

  • My domain: abc.com → 123.456.789.0 (normal mode)
  • Can i make it like that: abc.com → 123.456.789.0 (normal mode)
                                                      |-> 987.654.321.0 (if incoming ips match)
