Forward Domain to URL (no longer working since moving from Google Domains DNS)

I’ve dug around trying to find this answer but can’t seem to find a recent thread.

I just recently moved over from Google Domains to Cloudflare.

I previously managed my DNS with Google Domains.

With Google Domains, I had setup a 301 “Forward to an existing webpage” to my Notion page URL.

However, I want to now update that forwarding URL to a different URL.

But even after changing the url in Google Domains (and waiting 48 hours), it still redirects to the old Notion URL.

How can I setup a domain-level 301 to a URL with Cloudflare?

Are there specific DNS Records I need to setup for this?

God bless!
