Forward domain to another domain - do I need to change Nameserver

If I have a domain (domainB.com) with godaddy and want to forward the domain to DomainA.com that is currently using Cloudflare. Do I need to add DomainB.com to Cloudflare and change the Nameserver at godaddy OR can I just forward the domain directly from godaddy?

If GoDaddy has a way to forward those requests, that would work.

Otherwise, domainB would have to use Cloudflare Name Servers so it could do this:
