My website https://www.example.com works, however, https://example.com does not. I tried setting up a page rule following this tutorial but I’m unable to change my DNS record. I was told I need an Enterprise account to be able to do that but I find it hard to believe for such a simple feature. What am I missing?
Hi @mark67,
Thanks for checking the tutorial before posting!
You don’t specifically need the dummy DNS record if you already have a record that’s . What exactly is the issue with the DNS record? Also, can you share the domain name?

No problem, thanks!
You don’t have any DNS record for your root domain, what issue do you have when trying to add the A record in the tutorial?
You seem to have got this resolved now, so just let us know if you have any further questions
