Form Notifications Not Sending to Recipient Email

I recently brought DNS to Cloudlfare and there were some extra records brought over that I’m not sure are applicable any longer.

I’m having trouble with my client receiving form notifications from Gravity forms. I put in my client’s email which does include the domain the website is hosted at. I also have my email in there.

I’m receiving all form notifications and my client is receiving none. I’m guessing its something to do with their email hosting server? The client’s email is not being hosted from Cloudflare, nor is it hosted from the website hosting server. It’s a third party solution.Their email provider says they don’t see anything in the server at the target email.

I notice that Cloudflare brought over many extra records that I’m not sure if are needed, nor am I sure they’re interfering with my clients’ email.

The extra records that I’m not sure should be present are: mx, autodiscover, comodo, spf, etc. None of these records are being used I don’t think as the email provider is controlling all of the email routing.
