Form notifications from WP forms are not sending even after adding WP SMTP and connecting to outlook. DNS record points to outlook. Receiving this error in the form settings:
Email Source: WPForms Lite
Mailer: 365 / Outlook
MailboxNotEnabledForRESTAPI: The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.

Nothing you are asking about has anything to do with Cloudflare. You will need to consult with your Microsoft 365 Exchange administrator and possibly WP SMTP support.
