What is the name of the domain?

What is the error message?

The domain provided isn’t registered on the Internet. This tool only works with active Cloudflare domains. Check for spelling typos or complete the form with a different domain. However when we do a domain host checker we are told it is Cloudflare

What is the issue you’re encountering

Can’t log onto our domain to get DNS details

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

tried to log on multiple times. No success

If that means you still can’t access your Cloudflare account, then you’ll have to create a new one and add your domain to that. You will be given 2 new Cloudflare nameservers to set at your registrar so the new account can take control of the domain.

Make sure you have all the DNS records for your domain from your web and mail hosts ready to add to the new account first.
