What is the issue you’re encountering
Cloudflare login to access my domain shows email/password error (1022) for no reason. However, I have tried to forget it many times & days, the code does not arrive in the mail (checked spam every time). Tried the forget mail option many times. No mail comes from it either. Then I tried to open a new account to come to the community with the mail of my previous account. The new account is fine. I can’t even access my domain in the new account. And with the mail that already has an existing account, why will another sign-up with that mail be successful? Now how do I access my domain?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried to forget password and email for several days. Checked spam every time. I made sure that Cloudflare’s mail is not on my Gmail block list. I have tested whether there is a new account with the same mail. As the account was newly created with the same email address, I posted to the community from this account.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I haven’t solved it yet. I came here looking for a solution.
