I am having the 520 error with Godaddy, so I am posting this link here to give you guys a solution to the SSL certificate issue dealing with this error. Until Godaddy fixes this issue, the only solution that I see that may work is pausing your site with Cloudflare which would actually cause your SSL if you are receiving it from Cloudflare to become obsolete until you re-enable your site. So I am posting this link here to show you how to get a free SSL certificate that is independent of Godaddy and Cloudflare. Here is the link: https://zerossl.com/ https://zerossl.com/. I am new here so if I have made any mistakes then please forgive me. Just trying to get help with solving this problem as well as provide a work around. That link will allow you to get a free SSL certificate, and it is good for an entire 3 months. I have been using this for about a year and a half now. When the certificate expires, all you have to do is repeat the process.
Other than GoDaddy being slow and limited to what you can do, never had any issues installing Cloudflare’s certificates on any GoDaddy accounts.
