I am not able to send (or) receive emails from one of my vendor , getting NDR has

Remote Server returned 554 5.4.7 < #5.4.7 smtp; 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) DNS Soft Error looking up domain(MX) while asking recursive_nameserver0.parent. Error was: unable to reach nameserver on any valid IP’ (delivery attempts: 0)

I can have email communication with others , but from one of my vendor domain, i am not able to communicate.

You can check by running a dig command like dig MX example.com, or you can check with third party like https://www.whatsmydns.net .
