Have a read through the following for more information on why this is possibly the case

CloudFlare Pages Turkey Block

In the Republic of Turkey, there is an institution called BTK. This institution assigns access blocks to the sites. Sites that do not follow the rules. But they blocked all pages.dev addresses. (*.pages.dev) Cloudflare won’t do anything about it? Why is everyone getting an access ban because someone misused Pages?
