Following error on CNAME, what does it mean? How do I fix?

Hello,

I have the following domain I manage under my Cloudflare account. loveland.org which the NS are pointiing to me… This client would like me tto setup the CNAME but I get this error:

web.loveland.org CNAME pointing to their URL

What happened?

You’ve requested a page on a website that is part of the [Cloudflare] network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is prohibited by security policy.

You can’t CNAME to another Cloudflare account unless they’re on a Business or Enterprise plan.
