What is the issue you’re encountering

I upgraded my account from free to Pro and my flutter app stopped working. Upon checking its giving error you don’t have permission to access this resource a 403 forbidden. How to resolve?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have switched off managed rules and rate limiting rules in WAF.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

You’ll want to check the security events to see why this traffic is being blocked.
In the Cloudflare Dashboard go to > Security > Events and look for the blocked traffic by addding filter: Security Events · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs

The events logs will provide insight into what rule is blocking the traffic. You can then disable to adjust the specific rule
