Nameservers

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We have changed our NS records from cloudflare to godaddy 3 days back, but its showing cloudflare proxy error in shopify while pointing domain to shopify, but we removed everithing from cloudflare realated to domain.

Do a lookup for your domain yourself here: https://dnschecker.org/

Do you see anything pointing to Cloudflare?

Me neither!

If Shopify is the only one seeing a connection to Cloudflare Proxy, that’s their problem to fix. If there’s anything to “flush”, that should be at their end.

In any case, I can see www.fastandup.in is CNAME’d to fastandup.in, while fastandup.in points to an Amason AWS IP address 35.154.207.xx.

And as your domain uses GoDaddy’s nameservers ns63.domaincontrol.com and ns64.domaincontrol.com, that would be the place to go to make any DNS changes for Shopify.

Good luck!

But still getting error 1001 page from cloudflare side…

http://fupshop.fastandup.in/

DNS cache needs to be Flushed from cloudflare side. its being 7 days to migrated from cloudflare to godaddy. shopify is getting some ssl from cloudflare side.

Ignore that Shopify message. Lots of people get it even if not using Cloudflare (which means it’s incorrect) and using Cloudflare with Shopify, either proxied or not, is not a problem anyway.

As you are now not using Cloudflare yourself…
https://cf.sjr.dev/tools/check?8bd367de153f457d8421dba6087ac05f#dns
…then for any Cloudflare error pages you see you will need to contact Shopify to resolve as Shopify also uses Cloudflare themselves.

But sir why still its showing cloudflare error on below screenshot.

I think there is somthing needs to be flushed out right?

Because…
