Flashing Blue Mobile Icon When Website Loads

When my website loads there’s this big blue mobile icon that flashes
and then disappears. I’m not sure if this is caused by Cloudflare
or a WordPress issue?

I’m able to catch a glimpse of it, and it’s definitely the phone icon from the top of your page:

On my last view, it started large, then about half of that higher up, then small right where it belongs. It’s a rendering artifact as the browser processes the page code.
