Fixing Cloudflare Nameserver Sync Issues

What is the issue you’re encountering

My domain, nben.com.np, shows a “Delete your other nameservers” error, but only ada.ns.cloudflare.com and vicente.ns.cloudflare.com are set at the registrar and on public DNS. I’ve confirmed this using Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1, Google’s 8.8.8.8, and public DNS checkers like DNSChecker and ICANN WHOIS. All of them only return the correct Cloudflare nameservers. Despite multiple rechecks and resets, this issue has persisted for over a week, and Cloudflare still thinks there are extra nameservers. Please help to resolve this issue.

Starting a new thread will waste other people’s time if they don’t see that your problem has already been answered here.

Multiple threads on the same problem won’t help. This is further evidence @Laudian was correct in his previous response.

Whois results don’t match what the registrar is returning. The DNS servers you are asking are returning both nameservers because they are being asked the wrong question… and ultimately they get ‘the ‘right’ answer’ from the single configured nameserver,

Unfortunately the problem is with the com.np nameservers.
