What is the error message?

Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access…

What is the issue you’re encountering

While browsing the Internet, on random, Cloudflare protected Webpages appears the Message “Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access…” One Website owner told me, hat our fixed IP is classified as an “AI Bot”. Where can I let recategorize my fixed IP by Cloudflare?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

there is nothing I can do from my site. Not even contact the Support, because I have no paid Account.
And please don’t tell me I should contact the Website owner. More or less half of the Internet is blocking me.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Off

You should scan you machine for malware and contact your ISP to see if you can get a different IP address.

While visiting a site protected by Cloudflare, error 1020 “Access denied (Error: 1020)” indicates you’ve violated a Firewall Rule. When this happens, you’ll see the error “Access Denied (Error: 1020)” and your request was blocked by the filter based Firewall rule on the site. If you’re the site owner, you can find the requests that was blocked by the Firewall on the Firewall page under the Events menu. See this CommunityTip for suggestions to avoid this error,

No malware here… Sorry!
and get a new IP? And who will pay me that change? We are a international Company… we will not be able to change the IP in 5min.

All I want to have my IP recategorized to not appear as an “AI Bot” anymore. This request should be legal e also in 2025, no?

but a few questions to that.

  1. why do you close my Ticket? It’s not even close to be solved
  2. what are you talking about Error 1020? I have never seen this error. And I am not customer from Cloudflare. I am just the guy that gets blocked by an **** company without Customer Support
