Firewall rules doesn't work

I have added firewall rule to block country (Pakistan), but the rule doesn’t work. I’m using cloudways hosting.

You can check that under the IP Access rules · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs it’s possible to perform that only for Enterprise customers.
