Firewall rules - 1020 Error on form submission

Hi guys,
I’m experiencing a weird problem on one of my sites.

On form submission (Wordpress, FluentForms, www.example.com/contact) I get Error 1020. And not only me, every single visitor that submits the form gets the Access Denied Error 1020.
The only Firewall rule that I have is about wp-admin and login pages, which are moved to another place.
When I manually turn off my only Firewall rule, everything works as intended.
Here is the Expression Preview that I have active (after the logic, it has “then: Block” rule):

(http.request.uri.path contains “/wp-admin” and not http.request.uri.path contains “.css” and not http.request.uri.path contains “.js” and not http.request.uri.path contains “.jpg” and not http.request.uri.path contains “.png” and not http.request.uri.path contains “.svg” and not http.request.uri.path contains “.ico” and not http.cookie contains “wordpress_logged_in”)
or
(http.request.uri.path contains “/wp-login.php” and not http.cookie contains “wordpress_logged_in”)

Is my Firewall rule wrong? Why does it block my contact form submission? Thank you.
