We are evaluating cloudflare as video hosting for training and would need to know what the platform’s requirements are for viewing videos in order to open such communications in our firewall.

Pretty sure it’s just TCP 80 & 443 towards Cloudflare you need.
Uses DASH or HLS which are both HTTP based
