Firewall Blocks due to Browser Integrity checks

In reviewing our most recent blocked and challenged requests via the Firewall Events over the past 72 hours I’m noticing blocks on traffic that appears (to me anyway) to legitimate mobile browser traffic.

I’m filtering for:
Host = {our hosted site}
Country = United States
Action = block
Service = browser integrity check
User Agent = “Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 11_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/604.1.38 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.0 Mobile/15A372 Safari/604.1”

The agent in question per the following is for Safari 11 on iOS 11 iPhone (https://developers.whatismybrowser.com/useragents/parse/633638-safari-ios-iphone-webkit)

The url requested is legit and points to the uri of our website Shopping Cart View. There aren’t a ton of these being blocked but it is somewhat concerning that this appears to be legit traffic.

My question is: is there any where within Cloudflare dashboard I can look to determine exactly WHY a particular request was flagged to be blocked?

Thanks ahead of time,

KK

Hi @kkirkland,

This tells you what caused the block. You can read about it in the KB at:
