Firewall blocking?

I am getting an error on a wordpress site when I tr to publish a post
"Publishing failed. You are probably offline. "

A site said to check to see if CloulFlare Firewall was in inadvertently blocking the Rest API.

Currently I do not have any firewall rules.
How do I check?

You can view your firewall events here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events
If you have the ray-id for the request being blocked, then you can filter for it in the list
