Due to the filtering and blocking of a number of Cloudflare IPs in our country, some of our domains are unavailable. How can I change my dns server IP?

You can’t. If that was possible, the target site of the block would also change their IP address and then eventually all Cloudflare IP addresses would be blocked.

Often, the blocking of Cloudflare IP addresses is short-lived once the wider effect is known.
