Filtering Analytics reports by Source IP in a CIDR range does not work. The resulting report is always empty.

No obvious resolution
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
On the Analytics traffic report, click “Add filter”.
Select: “Source IP”
Select “is in”
Enter a CIDR address range of the form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx
Click on “Create option xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx”
Click “Apply”
