Issue with font loading in PrestaShop admin panel
Our PrestaShop admin panel (version 8.2.1) is not displaying icons correctly because Cloudflare is systematically blocking font files from loading.
Technical details:
- Our website: www.bois-de-chauffage-ecologique.fr
- The blocked files have names with double dots, such as “2d8017489da689caedc1.preload..woff2”
- These errors appear in the browser console: “downloadable font: download failed (font-family: “Material Icons”) status=2147746065”
- We’ve tried creating a Page Rule to disable Browser Integrity Check and set Cache Level to Bypass, but this did not resolve the issue
- The same site works perfectly when not protected by Cloudflare
Can you help us allow access to these font files, or advise on how to properly configure Cloudflare for this specific case?
