Fetching geolocation from server returns empty variable

Followed this guide but using echo on the variable returns nothing.

Anyone else had similar issue? Is there any additional setup than setting the Geolocation to on in Settings?

I just tested it on my site. Left window is the code, and right window is my browser with the result.
