What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

In the Cloudflare Account Dashboard
Click into an “Account” Profile
Under “Notifications” on the sidebar
Click “Add” on the right upper side

Add “Description” into “Description” Input for user

When you click “Select” to select a Notification, it does not add the Description from the “Description” column into the Notification input field “Description”, but it should.
The reason this is important is, because after the Notification has been created, the “Description” from the Column “Description” is not being shown inside the Notification Information, unless the user Manually copied that info into the Description, that is why it requested that you pass the Description into that field.

Issue/Bug/Improvement for Selections “Brand Protection”

“Brand Protection” is being shown, even though the Plan is not active, therefore an error appears, which is not helpful to the user.
Please remove the displaying of the 3 “Brand Protection” Notifications if the user does not have an Active Paid Account that allows for this Notification to be used OR when the user clicks on that Notification on “Select”, it should show him the option to Upgrade, if the System recognized that there is not Active Plan for that.

Improve Hyperlink to documentation

The information displayed inside a Notification Setting does not lead to the location of the Notification, instead it takes the user to the Overview page, making it tedious for the user because he/she needs to proactively search and find that Information for the Notification Manually.
Please make sure to Link the Anchor text directly to where it should go, for example “Health Check Monitoring” should take the user to Available Notifications · Cloudflare Notifications docs and not Notifications · Cloudflare Notifications docs
