I hope Chromium’s secure DNS can also support 1.1.1.2/1.1.1.3, otherwise even if the computer is set to 1.1.1.1 with Families, it will still be invalid.

You can use a customised DoH address on Chromium to use 1.1.1.2 or 1.1.1.3.
For 1.1.1.2 use:
https://security.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query
For 1.1.1.3 use:
https://family.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query
