Hey.
I want to block some requests by their referrer. So I create a rule with referred contains (tried equal) and action block.
I see rule hits in the Cloudflare dashboard events, and it says ‘blocked’, but I still see those requests, so they are not blocked.
What is wrong and how to make sure they are blocked?
Could you share a expression or a screenshot of your Firewall Rule? 
May I ask where? At the log files of the origin host/server, or some kind of analytics tracking software/script?
In my case, referrer was set incorrectly. Now all works!
