What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

It is a false positive, nothing to change. I just require an actual review as someone has been abusing the phishing report for all my domains.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full (strict)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Visit the domain without a request path. I have a few other domains that have been targeted as well, but had to change nameservers as there has been NO answer for my request to a review of the abuse report for multiple months now. I understand you guys must get thousands of requests every day, but someone is using your automated system of reporting phishing websites.

I am sorry to hear this. It sounds frustrating.

When you contact Trust & Safety, you will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation code in the Subject. While the Trust and Safety team reviewed the details of your report, that may be the only reply you receive. The Community nor Support can assist as we do not have visibility into the T&S systems.

I am afraid the Cloudflare community cannot help here. You would need to discuss this with them. Sorry for the issue, the Community does not have access to see any Trust & Safety cases, so we cannot assist further.

The Trust & Safety team has to get back to you. You will have to wait your turn in the T&S queue until the team review your case/issue (days, or weeks).

Unfortunately I have no power and cannot speed-up the process nor write any ETA for the response and fix. Your request definitely is on the team list for review and check. I am truly sorry and thank you for patience.

I completely understand and expected as much, but I figured it was worth asking if I missed something. Regardless, I appreciate your responses and help! Thanks for taking the time to reply :slight_smile:
