Thank you for your response. To clarify, we have not received any direct reply from Cloudflare; we only received an automatic email directing us to the support portal. In that automatic message, we were informed that our site was blocked due to a phishing report, but we believe this is a false positive as our site is a legitimate startup and contains no malicious content. Since we are free Cloudflare users, we were unable to open a support ticket, so we are seeking help through this forum.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in restoring access to our site.

Without knowing exactly what the automated response said the community can’t direct you. Phishing reports are handled by the Trust and Safety team. Assuming you contacted them, resolution responsibility is also with them.
