False Abuse Report – My Site Has No Registration or Phishing Activity, but Was Bloc

What is the name of the domain?

torrent4you.org

What is the issue you’re encountering

Fake complaints from disposable

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hello Cloudflare team and community,

My website has been wrongly marked as a phishing site after receiving 4–5 fake abuse complaints, all of which were submitted from disposable/temporary email addresses.

These reports are completely false and malicious. My website does not contain:

any registration or login forms

any phishing content

any attempts to collect user credentials or financial information

Despite this, Cloudflare has applied a phishing warning page to my domain. Now, visitors see a red warning stating that the site is deceptive — which is simply not true.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.

You can submit an abuse report at Abuse approach - Cloudflare.

You will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation code in the Subject. While the Trust and Safety team will review the details of your report, that may be the only reply you receive.

Complaints cannot be filed via this forum.

I need to remove the phishing warnings from my website, as the reports were fake and submitted by competitors.

I’ve already submitted a request through your abuse appeal form, but unfortunately, it didn’t help.

As you can see in the screenshot, one of the phishing flags has been active since as far back as September 4, 2024 — and still, no one from the Cloudflare team has removed it or verified whether the original report was even legitimate.

This situation is seriously damaging my website’s reputation, and I urgently need assistance to resolve it.
