Failure to upgrade to Pro plan after payment has been taken + Duplicated Payment

What is the issue you’re encountering

We were charged twice 3 months ago for the Pro plan and have still not been updated to the Pro Plan .

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have submitted tickets (nos 01359179 and 01056795) to get this resolved and all we get is an automated reply advising that the case has been referred to billing. That’s it. Nothing happens after this. We repeatedly bump the support case but no-one ever responds. This is the most diabolical service I have ever received in my life. We cannot contact cloudflare directly as a business plan is required and I am definitely not going to spend another $200 just to get my original overpayment back. It seems Cloudflare couldnt give a care about their customers. We are out of pocket over $400 and this is driving me absolutely nuts. Can anyone suggest how to get the attention of at least 1 person at cloudflare support department?
