Failure to Update Domain Registrant Contact Email

I changed my login email address for Cloudflare, so I wanted to update my domain’s registrant info as well. When I created a request to update my email under Registrant Contact info, I received emails on my old and new email addresses. But if I click on the link, I see the message

Change of Registrant Contact Request
There was a problem with your request. Please click the link in your email and try again.

I’ve canceled the request and retried many times but cannot get past this issue.

I tried it again this morning and it worked. I’m assuming it was a temporary problem
